2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is generated automatically during your use of the application:
Account & Identity: Email address (if provided), nickname, and authentication tokens (JWT).
User-Provided Content & Preferences: Any data you provide during onboarding or through app interactions (such as preferences, interests, or settings) used to personalize the AI experience.
Communication Data: Text content of prompts sent to the AI service.
Audio Processing: We access the microphone for voice-to-text features. Audio recordings are processed ephemerally and are immediately deleted from our servers after transcription. We do not store your voice recordings.
Visual Data (Images): * Source Images: Original photos uploaded for processing are processed ephemerally and deleted immediately after the output is generated.
Generated Content: Images generated by the AI are stored on our secure servers to be displayed in your user history. You can delete these images at any time by deleting your account or specific history entries.
Technical & Usage Data: * Unique User Identifier (UUID), language settings, and device information (OS version, device model).
Error Reporting & Stability: We use third-party tools (such as Sentry) to collect crash reports and performance data to ensure service stability.
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide, maintain, and personalize the AI services.
To manage subscriptions, payments, and access rights (via RevenueCat and platform stores).
To monitor and improve application performance and fix technical issues.
4. Third-Party Processors and Data Transfers
AI Providers: Prompts are processed by third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or similar).
Infrastructure: Our core services and databases are hosted on secure servers within the European Union (EU).
Payment Processors: Transactions are handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google.
Security: All data transfers are protected via industry-standard encryption (TLS).
5. Data Retention
User Content: Retained as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the services.
Audio Data: Deleted immediately after processing.
Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and logs are typically retained for a short period (e.g., 90 days) to resolve technical issues.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may withdraw consent for microphone access at any time via your device settings.
7. Account Deletion
In-App: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app settings.
Via Email: Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us at privacy@build-and-build.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
